Cluster Capacity Study- South Etobicoke GD Economics staff created an Action Plan to support and further develop the capacity of key economic clusters in South Etobicoke. The project focused on identifying the extent to which the key clusters identified for support in the City of Toronto Economic Development Strategy, are present in the South Etobicoke area. In addition, through a process of primary data collection, the team helped to identify the extent to which the presence of specific clusters in South Etobicoke supports the capacity of regional clusters.
